As Founder and Managing Director of Kolby Studio, Khaled brings a wealth of expertise to the studio.


With a degree in Architecture from a prestigious NAAB accredited school, his educational foundation complements over a decade of experience in architecture and project management. Having worked in renowned consultancies in Dubai and Beirut, Khaled's leadership at Kolby Studio emphasizes creativity, precision, and a commitment to excellence.


His notable achievements include prestigious projects in “Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Bay Island, Jumeirah Beach, DIFC” to name few, showcasing his ability and dedication to deliver exceptional results.


Driven by a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of architectural intricacies, Khaled continues to push the boundaries of creativity, transparency, and commitment, setting new standards for the industry. 


Yulia Kravchenko


Yulia Kravchenko is a dynamic entrepreneur, renowned as the owner of a luxury fashion brand and a successful real estate consultant.

With a passion for design and luxury, she has cultivated a career dedicated to excellence and innovation. Yulia's journey has taken her across the globe, from China to Turkey, Qatar to Ukraine, before settling in the vibrant city of Dubai.

Her international experiences have shaped her into a highly respected figure in the business community, where her expertise and vision continue to drive success in both fashion and real estate sectors.
